Created in collaboration with and in support of Sheffield & Rotherham Wildlife Trust. In recognition of the amazing migratory journey that swifts make, we’ve combined UK grown hops with Fonio, a sustainably grown ancient African grain, for a unique and easy drinking pale ale. Crisp, clean and with flavours of melon and citrus alongside a gentle hedgerow character and a dry, bitter finish.
5 litre, single use, made from fully recyclable materials. All minikegs will have a 3 week BBF date from the date of filling.
Once opened consume within 3 days. Store between 10 & 12°C for optimum condition. Please note this beer is cask ale and not a carbonated product.
