Locksley Gin Collaboration – Heathen

Description

Heathen, our infamous, single hopped mosaic American pale, was the inspiration behind our collaboration with Locksley Gin.  Vacuum distilled Mosaic hops give light tropical notes and flavours of grapefruit, further enhanced by the addition of pink grapefruit and papaya, and added to Locksley’s classic London Dry style base. This is batch 2, back by popular demand!

For the perfect serve, we recommend drinking this with Mediterranean tonic and garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.
